Generic Risk Assessment

A Risk Assessment is an important document that defines how the risk of injury, damage or death is to be minimised at any particular event or series of events. It should be shared with all those helping to organise an event prior to the event. Should there be an unfortunate incident, especially one involving insurers or the potential liability or negligence of the organisers, this document should be freely available.

Below is guidance as to who should produce a Risk Assessment and, on the second page, there is a generic start point to producing a Risk Assessment that is tailored to any particular event or series of events. If you want this document as a Word file please email info@hoolevillagehall.co.uk and request that it is sent to you as a WORD file attachment. This you can then tailor as you deem appropriate.
